I hated Oka from the start of the book... She always gave Tobi more attention (which is fair enough, because he was poorly Crying or Very sad ). But she never gave Toklo any attention!! When Oka played with Toklo, I though she had changed, but she hadn't...

Then when Tobi died, she ignored Toklo even more! And leaving him to fend for himself, when she hadn't taught him anything!!

Just saying, please can you not spoil anything, past chapter twelve cos I haven't read that far.

I hated Oka too, espically in the Toklo Manga. If you think Oka was annoying and a terrible mother in The Quest Begins, go read Toklo's Story. She's triple times worse in that manga!
But The future books made me forgive her...
