P R O L O U G U E
The moon had risen. Yewstar padded towered the nursery. It was late leaf-bare and prey would come back soon.
"Here" He mewed to his mate, Crystalmoon, Who had kitted a few days ago.
"a Fish? Salt water fish? this is a beach fish right?" Crystalmoon asked
"yes it is" Yewstar replied.
"What shall we name them?"
"Hmm. How about Icekit for the White kit."
"I like that. how about Mystickit for our Kit with mystic eyes?"
"And Waterkit for the tom" Yewstar mewed gently
"And lastly, Silverkit, for the silver kit with icy blue eyes"
Yewstar purred at the thought of the names. Crystalmoon had named Silverkit well.
"Ill make sure they have good mentors." Yewstar said
Hopefully, Darkclan, Goldclan, or Sunclan will try to take our territory this moon Yewstar thought as he padded to his den.
the other clans seemed to have been trying to take their territory for a while. Then a thought struck Yewstar. They were trying to drive Silverclan out!
